Once you’ve submitted the form, a member of our project team will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your vision and next steps. If you have a property survey or Building Plans that you are working from, upload them to the webform along with your enquiry so that our project team is ready to answer any questions you might have.

After reviewing your enquiry and any additional information you’ve provided, a member of our Project Team will confirm the date and time you selected in the Residential Enquiry Form for our consultation.
During this 30-minute phone call, our primary goal is to understand your vision for the project—whether it’s for investment, creating additional living space, building a new home, or planning an extension. We want to ensure we align with your objectives.
We’ll discuss important details, including your project timelines, specific requirements for the structure, your budget, and any progress you’ve made so far, such as site surveys or reports. This conversation will help us tailor our approach to best meet your needs.
Once we have a clear understanding of your project objectives, it’s time to visit the building site. For projects located outside our standard delivery area, we may engage a surveyor or another qualified contractor to assess the site according to our building requirements.
During the site visit, we’ll focus on key considerations such as accessibility, the location of utilities, any potential flood risks or other environmental factors that could impact the project, the distance from the main road, and the positioning of any existing structures relative to the building site.
Clients are always welcome to accompany us on the site visit. However, if you have other commitments or are at work, we can proceed with the visit without you present, as long as there are no access issues to the site.
Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your project objectives, the building site, and your budget, we will prepare a detailed summary and proposal for you.
At this stage, we typically present two different options:
- Commencement with a Building Engagement: If your objectives, budget, site conditions, and timeline align—and we have availability to start—we will recommend proceeding with a Building Engagement with Buildonix. This step guarantees your project a place in our project queue and initiates the pre-construction steps necessary for the Development Application.
- Preliminary Services Agreement: Not every building project is straightforward, and sometimes additional information is required for us to develop a clear summary of objectives and next steps. This may include further design clarification, site assessments, GeoTechnical reports, wastewater assessments, or a more thorough analysis of complex building plans. In such cases, we typically recommend a Preliminary Services Agreement. This isolated agreement allows both Buildonix and our clients the time needed to secure the necessary information or clarifications without committing to a long-term building agreement while uncertainties remain.
